Will there be any provision for Spanish speaking congregations? What about hearing impaired?

We will offer Spanish translations at the live event as well as during the livestream. The latter will be accessible in real-time and on demand.

Sign language will also be provided during the live event, as well as closed captions during the livestream for those that are hearing impaired.

We have a missionary partner in another country. How can international guests participate in She Loves Out Loud?

All international guests are invited to participate in She Loves Out Loud free of charge. Once they have registered, we will provide them with all the materials needed to host their very own She Loves Out Loud prayer event, including a global resource welcome video, translated via closed captions in their language, as well as a translated Facilitator Guide and program script to help walk them through their event.

Will the full She Loves Out Loud program be available after November 5?

Frequently Asked Questions about Hosting a Simulcast

We are in a different time zone than where the live event is taking place. How can we join at a time that works for us, but not miss parts of the live event?

The simulcast will be on demand – you are free to join any time after 9 a.m. CST on November 5. After you have accessed the event video with the link sent to you a week prior to the event date, you will click play and it will start right from the beginning. This way, you will still watch the complete event even if you join at a different time. You will also be able to pause the event in case you want to add additional breaks and pick up right where you left off.

What is my responsibility if I choose to become a host church?

Your church or ministry will host the She Loves Out Loud Global event via a simulcast broadcast link in your own building or facility. As part your event, we ask you to conduct a live expo at your location to provide women with opportunities to serve and respond to God’s calling. This will also be a great opportunity to introduce your church’s ministries to women who may not regularly attend your church.  It can be a simple table with some flyers or something more elaborate – your choice. We encourage you to invite your church congregation and other communities to attend your simulcast event in the months leading up to it.

One More Child has offered every She Loves Out Loud Global host site a free outreach ministry consultation to consider launching an Every Child, Every City initiative to serve foster children, hungry children, trafficked children, single moms and struggling families right in your community. To take advantage of this opportunity, contact everychild@onemorechild.org.

What type of technology do we need? What if we have technical difficulties?

A reliable Internet connection and a viewing screen is the minimum you will need to host the event.  She Loves Out Loud Global will broadcast on the streaming platform Resi. We will provide the opportunity to test the link and all technical functionalities one week prior to the event date.

For the simulcast, is there a limit to the number of people who can attend at my church?

No. We encourage you to invite as many people as your church can comfortably accommodate.

Do I have to register the attendees at my church through your website?

No. The registration of those that will attend your church is entirely up to you. Every attendee will have the opportunity to receive the 11-week Bible Study Resource, Real Woman: (Re)Discovering God’s Good Design, for FREE by signing up during or after the event.

A QR code is provided on the back of your program for sign-up.

Are there any resources that I can use to promote the event to my congregation or community?

Yes, a variety of promotional resources can be accessed in the Digital Host Kit here.

What is the free community outreach consultation, and do I need to schedule this?

One More Child is offering every She Loves Out Loud Global host site the opportunity to launch an Every Child, Every City initiative to serve foster children, hungry children, trafficked children, single moms and struggling families in your community. Once you have registered as a host site, a One More Child team member will reach out within 2-4 weeks to provide you with further information or you can email everychild@onemorechild.org. You can also request information on strengthening a refugee ministry by contacting Send Relief at refugees@sendrelief.org

Do you have any resources available for my ministry group following the November 5 event?

As part of your host site registration, you will receive a free download of Donna Gaines’ 11-week Bible Study Resource, Real Woman: (Re)Discovering God’s Good Design, which includes the Facilitator Guide, e-book and videos. A free download of the e-book will also be available to any of your event attendees by signing up during the live program.

You mention a "Missions Expo" at my church. What is that?

As part of your event, we ask you to conduct a live missions expo at your location to provide women with opportunities to serve and respond to God’s calling. This will also be a great opportunity to introduce your church’s ministries to women who may not regularly attend your church.  It can be a simple table with some flyers or something more elaborate – your choice.
